Shipping policy

Delivery
We offer Free Shipping for orders above RM400 (Peninsular Malaysia only).

Shipping rates are based on the total cart value and will be displayed at checkout.

Malaysia Shipping Rates:

Peninsular Malaysia:

  • Orders below RM400: RM6
  • Orders RM400 and above: Free Shipping

East Malaysia:

  • Orders below RM400: RM20
  • Orders RM400 and above: RM15

 

Delivery Time:
Orders are delivered within 2 - 6 business days. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Please note that deliveries are on a best-effort basis and may be affected by road conditions, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

Order Processing
We strive to process orders quickly. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your package status.

 

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within Malaysia.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to regulations.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
