Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy only applies to purchases made on ostsome.com.my.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unsealed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact us at ost-my@streamcastasia.com. Returns must be sent to:

If the return is accepted, you must return the item via courier (at buyer’s cost) or walk in. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted and may be scrapped or disposed of.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Refurbished items
- Pre-order items
- Personalised items
If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
Please contact us at ost-my@streamcastasia.com for exchange requests. If the exchange is approved, you must return the item via courier (at buyer’s cost) or walk in. The new unit will be exchanged via courier (at the seller’s cost) or on the spot.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued as store credit or a gift card.
🚨 Shipping fees are non-refundable.
