What you need to know
Turning on Your Device
Adjusting Your Device
- Place the device on your head and adjust the strap.
- The device should perfectly align with your temples and sit comfortability on your nose bridge for 100% blackout. The strap should sit just above your ears.
- For a full light blocking experience, tighten the strap by adjusting the buckle. Moving it to the right will tighten the strap and the left will loosen the strap.
- The heart rate sensor should maintain contact with your cheekbone.
Begin Your Treatment
- Press and hold the power button to turn on the device.
- Press the power button again to toggle through the three modes: Smart Relax, Headaches & Eye Strain, Sleep Prep
- Adjust the vibration setting by pressing the vibration button to toggle through the vibration settings available in your selected treatment. Press and hold the vibration button to turn off the vibration.
- To add heat to your treatment press the heat button and toggle through the three heat temperature options. Press and hold the heat button to turn off the heat.
- Customize and enhance your treatment using the Therabody app.

Care and Cleaning
- SmartGoggles are NOT waterproof or machine washable. Do not allow excess liquids or water to enter the product.
- To clean, wipe the inner fabric of your SmartGoggles with a non-abrasive, lint-free cloth or damp cloth with 75% alcohol disinfectant to gentle wipe the dirt from fabric surface, remember the damp cloth cannot include too much liquid (no drip liquid when squeeze cloth).
- For marks of facial make-up: to use the eye lip makeup remover to deal with the hard to clean cosmetics like mascara/ foundation and other mark-up mark, especially on the protein fabric.
- Dry SmartGoggles with a non-abrasive, lint-free cloth.
