A new level of clarity
A single dynamic driver only — of the highest quality, of course.
The IE 900 uses a single high-quality dynamic driver to avoid multi-driver compromises like phase issues and distortion. Its X3R technology features three Helmholtz resonators milled into the aluminum housing and a Vortex structure in the nozzle to eliminate resonance peaks, ensuring a smooth, accurate sound signature.
An acoustic back-volume establishes balance
To ensure accuracy across this critical frequency band, we’ve employed what is known as an acoustic back volume.
The IE 900 achieves transparent sound with clear low and mid separation using an acoustic back volume. This tuned chamber controls air direction and volume through the transducer, delivering disciplined bass and mids, eliminating resonances and listening fatigue for a natural sound signature.
The sound of manufacturing expertise
We build the IE 900 at our state-of-the-art audiophile manufacturing plant in Ireland.
The IE 900 is crafted in the same facility as the HD 800S, HD 820, HD 650, and HD 600. Precision-milled from a single aluminum block using a five-axis CNC machine, the anodized housing is durable, corrosion-resistant, and aesthetically pleasing. Matched drivers ensure a transparent soundstage with minimal variance.

We took the comfort and secure fit of these professional solutions as inspiration for the IE 900.
The IE 900, inspired by professional in-ear monitors, offers a secure, comfortable fit for all listeners. It includes silicone and three sizes of foam ear adapters for a tailored fit. With no bass resonance or treble sibilance, it delivers the artist’s intended sound, perfect for any setting—desk, train, or outdoors.

The IE 900 features gold-plated Fidelity+ MMCX connectors in recessed 4.8 mm sockets for reliable contact and strain relief. Includes 3.5 mm, 2.5 mm, and 4.4 mm cables for versatile, high-fidelity connections to various audio sources.
