What you need to know

Turning on Your Device
  1. Turn on: Press and hold the left-side button.
  2. Switch speeds: Press button to cycle through low, medium, high (LEDs show 1, 2, or 3 lights).
  3. Use: Move device over treatment areas with light to moderate pressure, avoiding pain or excessive force. Start around, not on, discomfort areas.
  4. Turn off: Press and hold button until device stops (no auto-off).
  5. Lock/Unlock: Press button three times quickly to lock (LEDs flash sequentially); repeat to unlock (LEDs flash in reverse).
Connecting the Attachments

Ensure that your device is powered off before connecting or removing any attachments. Align the attachment with the tip of the arm and push to connect. To remove the attachment, hold the triangle grip with on hand, and the attachment with the other hand. Place one finger on each side of the plastic connector and firmly pull off the attachment.
LED Indicator Guide

The LED light will indicate the battery status when the device is on or charging. Turn the device on to check the battery status

  • Flashing Orange: Low battery 
  • Flashing Blue: Half battery 
  • Flashing Green: High battery 
Care and Cleaning
  • The Theragun mini is NOT waterproof or machine washable. Do not allow any liquid or water to enter the device or charging port. 
  • Ensure that the device is powered off before cleaning. 
  • To clean, wipe the device with a damp cloth or alcohol-free cleansing wipe. 
  • Use a new wipe to disinfect the surface area by wiping all sides in a downward motion.
